Lot D - 60 New Affordable Homes

NBB Lot D is a 60-unit, six story 100% affordable housing project developed by East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation (EBALDC) in partnership with the City of Berkeley and BART, and designed by David Baker Architects and Yes Community Architects. The project will offer studios, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments for households earning between 30-80% of the area's median income, with 50% of the units comprising 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments reserved for families. The building will feature on-site property management and resident services, a resident lounge and community room, a secure bike room, a communal laundry room, a landscaped, ground-floor outdoor courtyard, and a sixth-level outdoor deck. 

The project is expected to begin construction as early as 2028.
