Lot B - 124 New Affordable Homes

NBB Lot B is a 124-unit, eight story 100% affordable housing project developed by East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation (EBALDC) in partnership with the City of Berkeley and BART. Designed by LPAS, Inc. and constructed by J.H. Fitzmaurice, Inc., the project will offer studios, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments for households earning between 30-80% of the area's median income. NBB Lot B will feature on-site property management and resident services, a resident lounge and community room, a secure bike room, a communal laundry room,  and a landscaped outdoor courtyard. 

The project is expected to begin construction in the Spring of 2027.
